Zaffa The Lion Man is on the money with his new single 'BAG!'. The twenty year old artist based in North London blends his eccentric melodic flow over the heavy trap beat, showcasing a different side of the UK.
Although having released music since 2016 on Soundcloud, his newest single on Mixtape Madness captures the raw, upbeat style of a new wave rapper.
Undoubtedly highlighting his London identity, the light-hearted undertones are emphasised by the visuals (directed by Zaffa and Matt (faceless.portraits)) cheered on by the happy-go-lucky colours of the internet. One that we can't help but identify with especially when we're told the inspiration was from 'looking at my bank account like "nah this ain't it" '.
